Toimialaluokitus — the Finnish national activity classification, aligned with NACE.
Toimialaluokitus (TOL) is the national activity classification used in FI. Businesses receive one or more TOL codes when they register, and those codes drive tax, statistical and regulatory reporting.
TOL is aligned with NACE Rev. 2.1 at the 4-digit class level. National extensions add extra digits to describe activities in more detail without breaking comparability with the rest of the EU.
Use the NACEBridge tools to decode a code, find its cousins in other EU countries, or convert it directly to another national classification.
