ATECO — Italian Classification of Economic Activities

Search an ATECO code, understand which section and division it belongs to and convert it to European NACE or to another national classification.

ATECO is Italy's official activity classification, maintained by ISTAT together with the Revenue Agency and the Chambers of Commerce (Infocamere). Each activity has a 6-digit code aligned with the European NACE.

With NACEBridge you can decode an ATECO code, see the corresponding NACE class and convert it to NAF (France), WZ (Germany), CNAE (Spain), CAE (Portugal) and more.

The current version is ATECO 2025, aligned with NACE Rev. 2.1. All data comes from official sources (ISTAT, Infocamere).
