This class includes: - provision of specialised telecommunication applications (e.g. satellite tracking, communication telemetry, radar station operations) - operation of satellite terminal stations and associated facilities operationally connected with one or more terrestrial communication systems and capable of transmitting telecommunications to or receiving telecommunications from satellite systems - provision of internet access over networks between the client and the internet service provider not owned or controlled by the internet service provider (e.g. dial-up internet access) - transmission via the internet of text messaging (SMS) - voice over internet protocol (VoIP), text messaging (SMS), advanced data services (SMS+, MMS+) and provision of SMS push services, without operating facilities for the transmission of data This class also includes: - provision of notification services (e.g. SMS bank alerts, advertising) This class excludes: - provision of internet access by operators of telecommunication infrastructure, see 61.10 - reselling of telecommunication services and intermediation services for telecommunication, see 61.20

Compreende o fornecimento de aplicações especializadas de telecomunicações, como: ¿rastreio de satélites¿, telemetria de comunicações e exploração de estações de radar; exploração de estações terminais de satélite e meios associados, operacionalmente ligadas com um ou mais sistemas de comunicações terrestres e capazes de transmitir ou receber telecomunicações de sistemas de satélite; fornecimento de acesso à Internet através de ¿ligações¿ entre o cliente e o ISP (fornecedores de serviços de internet), não possuído ou controlado pelo ISP, tal como, acesso comutado à Internet; transmissão via Internet de mensagens de texto (SMS); voz sobre Protocolo Internet (VOIP - Voice Over Internet Protocol), mensagens de texto (SMS), serviços avançados de dados (SMS+, MMS) e prestação de serviços de envio de SMS, sem meios operacionais para transmissão de dados.

CAE Rev 4 on Portugal kasutatav tegevusklassifikatsioon. EMTAK 2025 on samaväärne süsteem riigis Estonia. Mõlemad on ELi NACE Rev 2.1 riiklikud rakendused, seega saab iga 5-kohalise alaklassi ühes süsteemis jälgida tagasi jagatud 4-kohalise ELi klassini — ja sealt edasi teise riigi alaklassidesse.
