Inclui a exploração de instalações de tratamento de águas residuais para reutilização, por exemplo, de águas residuais da agricultura, da indústria, de limpeza de estradas ou de águas pluviais recolhidas, ou para recarga artificial ou aumento das massas de água subterrâneas e liofilização de lamas de depuração em estações de tratamento de águas residuais.
