This class includes the provision of residential care (but not licensed hospital care), protective supervision and counselling to persons living with or having a diagnosis of a mental illness, intellectual disability or substance abuse, irrespective of their age. This class includes activities of: - facilities for the treatment of substance abuse - mental health convalescent homes - residential group homes for the emotionally disturbed - mental health halfway houses - assisted living facilities for persons having a diagnosis of intellectual disability This class excludes: - mental health hospitals, see 86.10 - provision of residential nursing care and rehabilitative services for individuals other than those living with or having a diagnosis of a mental illness, see 87.10, 87.30 - social work activities with accommodation (e.g. temporary homeless shelters), see 87.99 - non-residential care activities for persons living with or having a diagnosis of a mental illness (e.g. mental healthcare centres), see division 88

Compreende a prestação de cuidados de saúde não hospitalares (alojamento, alimentação, acompanhamento e alguns cuidados de saúde), a pessoas com deficiência mental, doença do foro mental ou psiquiátrico, dependentes do consumo de drogas, álcool ou outras substâncias.

SNI 2025 ist die in Sweden verwendete Tätigkeitsklassifikation. CAE Rev 4 ist das entsprechende System in Portugal. Beide sind nationale Umsetzungen der EU NACE Rev 2.1, sodass jede 5-stellige Unterklasse eines Systems auf eine gemeinsame 4-stellige EU-Klasse zurückgeführt und von dort in die Unterklassen des anderen Landes übertragen werden kann.
