Compreende as atividades de arrendamento e exploração de bens imobiliários (próprios ou arrendados), nomeadamente, edifícios residenciais e não residenciais (inclui espaços e instalações industriais, comerciais, salas de exposições, instalações de armazenamento, centros de dados, etc.) e de terrenos, incluindo agrícolas e florestais; arrendamento/fornecimento de casas e apartamentos mobilados ou não mobilados para uso mais permanente, numa base anual ou mais prolongada; exploração de locais de habitação móvel para fins de residência principal; desenvolvimento de projetos de edifícios para exploração própria, isto é, para arrendamento de espaço nesses edifícios.
